For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the connection between mind and body, and how mental and physical health go hand in hand.
This passion, along with my qualifications as a life coach and personal trainer, fuels my mission to help you move safely, manage stress, and feel truly balanced—inside and out.
