As an ambitious adult, you tend to take on a LOT.
Caring for your friends and family, colleagues, work, business, admin, all of the ‘things’ really.
But where is the time and the energy that you put into others, for yourself?
Do you regularly have trouble sleeping, maybe you have anxiety, lack of energy or a feeling dissociated from life? These can be signs of living in the sympathetic nervous system, when our body is constantly in a state of stress, and our adrenals are in overdrive.
Now, I do not claim to alleviate stress from your life, as stress is not something that disappears magically. However, chronic stress causes our bodies to remain in fight, flight or freeze mode, and can ultimately lead to burnout and affect our overall health.
I will create space for you to identify the stress patterns, triggers, and give you the tools and strategies to deal with what comes your way, through learning about the language of emotions, mindfulness and realistic action/goals bespoke to you.
I will hold your hand and kick your butt in equal proportion. I will help you, help yourself.

Hi! I’m Bianca, Owner, Founder and woman!!
From as far back as I can possibly remember, I was constantly pondering the purpose of life and how we can truly feel free and happy.
This question began due to one key incident, which cannot be understated as to why I am so passionate about stress, and mental health.
