As an ambitious adult, you tend to take on a LOT.

Caring for your friends and family, colleagues, work, business, admin, all of the ‘things’ really.
But where is the time and the energy that you put into others, for yourself?

How are you caring for you? What are your fitness or health and wellbeing goals and are they being taken care of?

I am here to remind you to fit your own oxygen mask on and treat yourself with personal training or coaching.

Do you regularly have trouble sleeping, maybe you have anxiety, lack of energy or a feeling dissociated from life? These can be signs of living in the sympathetic nervous system, when our body is constantly in a state of stress, and our adrenals are in overdrive. 

Allow me to enter stage left with personal training with a difference. I will help you build your fitness and your muscles – of both the body and the mind!

I work in two key areas. The physical, the personal training for groups or 1:1, these are Bespoke and that are YOU against YOU.

We slow it down and speed it up according to your day, your needs.

I also  look after you holistically, we work on goals, we work on mindset, we work on your mindfulness, your habits. I help you with nervous system regulation as the formally known as the ‘anti-burnout coach’.

Whilst I cannot claim to alleviate stress from your life, as stress is not something that disappears magically.  I help you recornise your self sabotage and make time for your health. Your longevity.

However, chronic stress causes our bodies to remain in fight, flight or freeze mode, and can ultimately lead to burnout and affect our overall health – so allow me to give you a Bespoke session that is all about your body and your mind – whatever your personal fitness and wellbeing goals may be.

I will create space for you to identify your needs, whether it be muscle building, cardio strength, some 1:1 mindfulness or breath work, maybe we need to look at your eating patterns and would with you holistically on a mindful eating and wellbeing plan. 

I pride myself on over 7 years of coaching studies, mental health and fitness training – I have done extensive work on muscles and the mind. I can help you with your basic personal traininng needs stress patterns, triggers, and give you the tools and strategies to deal with what comes your way, through learning about the language of emotions, mindfulness, personalised plans ALL FOR YOU.

I will hold your hand and kick your butt in equal proportion. I will help you, help yourself.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE NAME

Hi! I’m Bianca, Owner, Founder and woman!!

From as far back as I can possibly remember, I was constantly pondering the purpose of life and how we can truly feel free and happy.

This question began due to one key incident, which cannot be understated as to why I am so passionate about stress, and mental health and safe exercise techniques for movement.
